Skip Through
Lee and Group
This is the culmination of Foundations Studio Fall semester 2004.
Our task was to create seven-person groups and create a story for a marble to pass through. Each member of the group was assigned a verb and a modifier that their section of the course must convey. I was dealt "skip through" and crafted a skipping motion using hand-bend metal rods, styrene sheeting, and more hot glue than you could imagine.
The final structure was formed to create a tower, and came out quite nice! A 2D component involved a series of posters that mirrored the final structure, each panel explaining the piece of the pathway it is associated with.
